Recently we popped down to the South of England to visit our man, Josh Bevan. A Brighton based Jazz and Soul musician who holds a voice silkier than the finest Cashmere linen and a vocal range that contains more diversity than the marine life found in the Great Barrier Reef.
Josh has an innate ability to seamlessly dance from octave to octave, note to note with laser guided precision, delivering incredible amounts over detail and diversity within his music. Voicing smooth harmonies to gravelly tones and Rock and Roll emotions, Josh’s voice floods memoirs of the 1950’s with the likes of Clarence ‘The Frog’ Henry singing ‘Aint Got No Home'.
Josh has been working incredibly closely with us over the past year on a brand new Flyotw Curate project that will be revealed very soon. This project features the likes of violinist John Garner, pianist and composer Toby Nelms, bassist Matt Gedrych, percussionist Joe Pearson and UK rap artists Scrufizzer & Rewd Adams. Its an absolute blinder.
